How it works

The same listings, read properly by both sides

Most used-car problems in the UAE are information problems. A buyer cannot tell whether a car is GCC or a grey import, and a dealer cannot tell which of their listings is actually generating interest. Raavo structures that information once and shows it to both.

If you are buying

  1. 1

    Search on facts, not adjectives

Filters map directly to stored values on each vehicle: make, model, year, budget, mileage, body type, gearbox, fuel, specification and emirate. If a filter returns a car, that value is recorded against it.

    • Every filter is reflected in the URL, so a search can be shared or bookmarked
    • Sort by price, year, mileage or newest listing
    • Active filters are shown as removable chips
  2. 2

Read the specification before you travel

Each listing states regional specification, mileage, service history status, accident declaration, owner count, warranty and whether an inspection report is available. Fields the dealer has not supplied are labelled as not stated rather than guessed.

    • GCC, Saudi, imported and other specification are distinguished
    • Export-only vehicles are flagged before you arrange a viewing
    • An indicative monthly figure is shown alongside the cash price
  3. 3

Send one enquiry that keeps its context

Your enquiry is recorded against the exact listing and lands in the dealer's lead pipeline with your name, number and the vehicle attached. The dealer can then work it from new through to won.

    • No account is needed to enquire
    • You can also call or message the dealer directly from the listing
    • Duplicate enquiries are rate limited to protect dealers from spam

Verification

What “verified” actually means

We would rather be precise than impressive. Verification on Raavo covers the dealer, not the car.

Verified dealer badge
Shown only when the dealer's UAE trade licence has been reviewed. It says nothing about the condition of any individual vehicle.
Listing badges
Badges such as service history, no accidents declared or inspection available are computed from values the dealer entered. If the dealer did not enter a value, no badge appears.
What we do not claim
Raavo does not certify vehicle condition, does not carry out pre-purchase inspections itself, and does not guarantee that a dealer's written description is accurate. Always inspect a vehicle before purchase.
Response time
Median first reply is calculated from enquiries actually received on the platform and is shown per dealer. A dealer with too little history shows no figure rather than an invented one.

If you are selling

  1. 1

    Publish structured inventory

Add a vehicle once and every field, including UAE-specific ones such as regional specification, export status and warranty, is stored in a consistent shape rather than buried in a free-text description.

  2. 2

Work the leads, not the inbox

Every enquiry carries a status from new through contacted, test drive, negotiating, won or lost, plus a source and a response timestamp. Response time is measured automatically on the first reply.

  3. 3

    See which cars actually earn

The dealer dashboard reports views, enquiries, view-to-enquiry rate and days live per listing, and surfaces two things worth acting on: inventory that is aging with no interest, and listings getting traffic that is not converting it.
